How to speak with a coach or committee member

Things like progress / feedback / injuries / training problems / events / galas please just grab the coach at the start or end of the session and ask for 5mins with them. By all means grab our attention from the balcony, all the coaches are very happy to discuss general issues with you, we can always arrange a time to come and speak with you if required.

Detailed Chat

If you wish to make an appointment with the Head Coach or other coaches to discuss problems, which need more close attention such as – moving to high level clubs, upsets within with club, etc please ask to make a formal appointment. These meetings are likely to take place on a Sunday when we have overlap with coaches.


General issues please email the Head Coach or Mr Bowler – they will respond to your emails or forward on to the other coaches or committee members if needed. Mr Bowler has also provided his home phone number, please use this only when necessary.

Please please if you have a problem, want advice and just need to ask a question please speak to us, most things are fixable and we will always do our best. We are approachable, there will be times on poolside it isn’t possible to chat but we can make time. If you have ideas to improve the club, feel free to share with any committee members.

Feedback to the club is always welcome   

Any feedback you would like to give to the club, good or bad please email Mr Bowler or the Head Coach.
The Annual General Meeting is open to all members and is a time to review the year, personal issue and concerns should be raised at other times.
