Matlock Swimming Club holds details about you that you have provided on your membership form and any other information that you provide for the following purposes:
•    For maintaining membership records and individual swimming achievements;
•    To respond to enquiries;
•    To advise you of events and incidents relative to swimming;
•    To advise you about the affairs of the Club and other events organised by the Club by email, post or telephone.

Disclosure of Personal Information
Your personal information will be stored securely. It will be shared with officers and employees of the club who require it to fulfil their roles and safeguard interests. Personal information will not be shared outside Matlock Swimming Club, the ASA, DASA and EMASA except where we are required to do so by law.
Details of your achievements may be included on the club website.

If you are a member of the club, we hold data on you to ensure the efficient running of our Club.  It is your right to ask for what data we hold on you.  The information that we hold is the information that you have provided. If you are no longer a member of the club, and it doesn’t conflict with our legitimate reasons to store your data then you can ask for that data to be permanently deleted.
